Today has been a good Sunday thus far. I did most of my school work for the week so I am going to read for fun and maybe play some songs later practicing for my gig at the Lark Street Bookshop on April 27th- with Kevin Maul of No Outlet! It's going to rock.

Here is a picture of my dog that is now barking at something outside... probably a bird. Her name is Coco and she is crazy.

Been down so long it looks like...

I'm seriously considering changing my shirt because it is staticy (is that a word?) but I am too lazy to do it. Which brings me to my major problem with today:
Grad school makes you ugly. and staticy, sometimes itchy, and generally unpleasant. Oh, and sometimes it makes you stink.

Stuff and things

Work = good
School= sucks
Home= good
Eye infection= sucks.

I guess it's kind of a draw. Well, and today I found out I don't get my first pay check until march 30th. Argh.

I wish I had some neato pictures to post of recent cool things. I will bring my digital camera to NYLA lobby day and take pictures of advocacy in action! stand up for your library!!!

Need fun, otherwise will self distruct

I'm going out with my good buddy Megan and her awesome cousin Brian and his wife Melissa who are from Newport, RI. We are going to have some fun! Lord knows I need it, I have been doing so much school work. Still dealing with some ridiculous work for classes and of course, mercury being in retrograde.It's a good thing that humor is my coping mechanism because we'd all be in trouble if this murderous rage I have going on about this semester right now came out.

To quote a famous classic movie, Finding Nemo, "just keep swimming, just keep swimming"!!!!!

PS FYI, the new butternut squash soup by campbells's select... really awesome.
