Happy Easter

Wowies! Ivy and Krysta were in town this weekend and it was awesome! Then Jason and I made traditional pysanky... that's Ukrainian for reeeeallly fancy eggs... learn about it here!

Anyway here are the pictures!

Preservation, School libraries, and archives... with our powers combined we are CAPTAIN NERD :)

This is me with my uncle... I'm just dazed because I spent 10 hours making pysanky :)

Hug the jason because he spends time with my wacky family :)

We know he likes it.

Aunt Nan even gives him love!!

Bakesale show

The show last week was great- Melissa sent me the pics that she took here they are!
Wendy and I borrowed Shy's aprons for the occasion. Mine has little jars of preserves embroidered on it- Wendy's has cherries:)

yummy in my tummy cupcakes... there were vegan ones there too but I was scared of them, though the people that made them seemed nice.

Harith thinks that he's funny

Here Jason and I examine the decoupaged table. Exciting.

So today we went to the Ukrainian festival, and now we're eating pierogies, perohy or however you spell it depending on what country you are from :) yum.
